How I use professional contact details

I’m Dan Henderson, creator of RFQ Preflight. I’m researching whether a clearer first pass on technical RFQs would be useful to applications and sales engineers.

The details I use

I may use your name, role, professional email address, employer and our correspondence. I find these details on public company websites, manufacturer partner directories and Companies House. I use them only for carefully targeted business-to-business product research. My lawful basis is legitimate interests.

Storage

I store outreach records in Google Workspace for up to 12 months after our last interaction. If you opt out, I keep only the minimum detail needed to honour that request. I do not sell your details.

Your choices

You can ask me to stop contacting you, or ask to see, correct or delete your information, by replying to my email or writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
